🇺🇦 CHARITY YOGA EVENTS

In order to support my neighbouring village (Soberton ) in their efforts to raise money for Ukraine. Each class £20 per person 

                    “SPRING INTO ACTION” 

SATURDAY 2nd April 09.00-11.00 at Birch Tree Yoga Studio,

An energising yoga class to shed that winter coat & welcome Spring.

Followed by refreshments

                 “NURTURE YOURSELF ” 

SUNDAY 3rd April 17.00-19.00 at Birch Tree Yoga Studio.

A slower, calming Yin practice focusing on the wood element of Spring.

Followed by refreshments £20

All proceeds to the Soberton & Newtown Ukraine group

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket equipment etc.10 spaces per class

The Studio will be closing on Friday 17th December and opening again on Wednesday 5th January 2022.

There will be an exciting ALL DAY WINTER YOGA RETREAT on Saturday 15th January 10.00-16.00
The day will include 2 different styles Of Yoga class,a creative session creating your own Reiki stone & then using it in a meditation and also a Sound bath. A delicious plant based lunch and healthy treats will also be provided, so why not banish those mid January blues and join us for a fabulous day of self care. PRICE £100
