The Studio is now open and classes are busy – all those good intentions !!

 🎄 And as Christmas fast approaches, the studio will close on Friday 20th December ,after the morning class, and reopen on Monday 6th January 2025.

🍂 And we are officially into autumn , but we seemed to have skipped summer ?! What a damp dismal one it was here ☔️

The full schedule has resumed, Alison & Natalie are back with their classes & Vanessa continues to cover when needed.

This years winter workshop will be a different one, uniting with one of my neighbours & clients-Nicky who grows gorgeous flowers just up the road -Slow_Goose_Flowers ….

FRIDAY 6th DECEMBER  18.00-20.15    “WINTER RESTORATIVE & CANDLE WREATH MAKING..”   £45

Another 2 hour workshop, starting with a slow restorative flow, then over to Nicky to decorate your own candle*wreath for a winter TRATAKA meditation (Candle gazing)  Finish with a guided visualization/meditation.

Then be revived with mulled wine, hot chocolate & mince pies and take your beautiful candle home to light & recreate your own yoga                                     sanctuary. * Candle & decor provided 

Bookings are being taken now – £20 deposit secures your place .
