The year of the Fire Horse, a time for bold, energetic & passionate moves to embrace changes in 2026 .                                         This dynamic workshop will aim to ignite your inner flame and awaken that Fire Horse within.
The focus will be on core work , Manipura Chakra and breathwork .    Followed by a vegetarian lunchÂ
