NEXT SATURDAY WORKSHOP … Saturday 9th April 1.30pm -5pm.

NADA YOGA -The Yoga of Sound.
This workshop will start with an Asana practice taught by Karen, using pranayama,sound & chant to deepen the experience.
Then guest Nada Yoga teacher David Tipper will run a “Sound bath “so you can relax and experience the therapeutic sounds of Himalayan, Nepalese and crystal singing bowls, gong and percussion. (www.nadasoundtherapy.co.uk )
Followed of course by lovely refreshments ! £30 per person
