The Studio will close on FRIDAY 18th December after the additional 18.30 evening class and then reopen on  WEDNESDAY 6th January 2016.

Well autumn is upon us , there is a definite change in the air , a real feeling of coolness & slowing down.

Classes are all full – thats now 9 a week !  Wish I could add more to keep up with demand , but life is a balance .

Can’t believe that the Studio has now been running for 8 years . I have added 2 more teachers to include different styles of Yoga to suit everybody and have kept the prices competitive – 1 hour 20 minutes in a beautiful , warm , clean and  purpose built Yoga studio for just  £7 !!

Coming up this Autumn will be 3 Saturday Afternoon Workshops … (13.30-16.30   with lovely post practice refreshments ! )

SATURDAY 24th OCTOBER  – “Journey through the Koshas”

SATURDAY 5th & 12th DECEMBER – “The ADVENT ” Workshops .
