Harness the Fire Horse within you …
The year of the Fire Horse, a time for bold, energetic & passionate moves to embrace changes in 2026 . This dynamic workshop will aim to ignite your inner flame and awaken that Fire Horse within.
The focus will be on core work , Manipura Chakra and breathwork . Followed by a vegetarian lunch

Join us for a wonderful Yuletide workshop for an afternoon of seasonal yoga & floristry.
The afternoon will start with a winter yoga flow session then some quiet, mindful time creating an evergreen table centrepiece with the aid of Nicki a local florist who will bring lots of natural greenery from her Flower farm (#Slow_Goose_Flowers )
Then you will be led on a candle meditation (Trataka) followed by a guided yoga visualization/relaxation.
Be revived with hot chocolate ,mulled wine & mince pies .
Cost £50 includes all materials
CHARITY YOGA WORKSHOP
“Canine Partners” was founded 35 years ago in Hampshire, to support people with significant physical abilities, by partnering them with specialist trained AMAZING dogs !
This Yoga workshop will start with a traditional Yoga class for individual practice and then add some partner work (of human kind ) to show the many benefits of working with a partner .
Followed by a lovely lunch to celebrate the Charity’s 35th birthday
